Dealio is a personal negotiation coach. We help you prepare for and conduct your own conversations with another party (a private seller, landlord, dealership, etc.). Dealio does not contact or message the other party on your behalf — we only provide suggestions, scripts, and strategy. By using the Application, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

We collect what you provide: account details (name, email), context about your negotiation (item or service, asking price, target price, notes), and payment info if you subscribe. We also collect basic device and usage data (app version, crash logs). We do not access your phone's messaging apps.

How We Use Your Information

We use it to generate negotiation tips, talking points, sample scripts, and counter-offer ideas, and to improve our suggestions over time. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for research. We do not sell your personal information.

Information About the Other Party

You may type details about the other party (name, asking price, context). Share only what's needed for the coaching. We do not contact that person or display your notes to them.

Third Party Services

We rely on third-party services (analytics, payment processors, and language model providers) that may receive data needed to operate. They are bound by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

Reliability

Dealio provides suggestions only. You are responsible for what you say in your own negotiation and for any transaction you enter. We try out best to make sure the suggestions are accurate and helpful, but we cannot guarantee specific savings or success.

Security

We use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your data, but cannot guarantee against unauthorized access, transmission errors, or your own decision to disclose information.

Data Deletion

To delete your account or saved notes, email negotiatorbar@gmail.com. We may retain anonymized or legally required records.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the revised version. Continued use of the Application means you accept the changes.
