Please read these terms carefully before using the Dealio. Dealio is a negotiation assistant that drafts and sends messages to sellers and merchants on Your behalf to help You secure better prices on items You want to buy.

Definitions

• Company ("We", "Us", "Our") refers to Rectangula Inc.
• Service refers to the Dealio website (dealio.app) and mobile application, including the negotiation assistant features that draft and send messages to sellers on Your behalf.
• Seller means any third-party individual, merchant, marketplace, or platform with whom You direct Dealio to communicate on Your behalf.
• You means the individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

Acknowledgment

By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms and by Our Privacy Policy. If You disagree with any part of these Terms, You may not access the Service.

Use of the Service

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information You submit. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only for goods or services You genuinely intend to purchase. You will not use the Service to harass, deceive, defraud, threaten, or harm any Seller, or to negotiate items that are illegal, prohibited, or that infringe the rights of any third party.

Any agreement reached with a Seller is solely between You and the Seller. The Company is not a party to any transaction and does not guarantee any price reduction, Seller response, or negotiation outcome.

Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features may require a paid subscription, billed in advance on a recurring basis through Your app store or another payment method You authorize. You may cancel at any time through Your app store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or app store policy.

Third-party Services

The Service may link to or interact with third-party websites, marketplaces, or services, including Sellers You engage through the Service. The Company has no control over and assumes no responsibility for their content, policies, or practices, and is not liable for any damage or loss arising from Your use of them. We advise You to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services You use.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms or misuse of the negotiation features. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Provided "As Is": The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dealio disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall Dealio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to Your use or inability to use the Service.
